Fred Duckwall – President

Son of founder John Duckwall, Fred Duckwall has been part of the family business since 1971. At the helm since 1992, he has continued the tradition of quality and integrity that has been the hallmark of the Company’s success.

Nathan

Nathan Duckwall – Asst. Production Manager

Grandson of founder, John Duckwall and son of current President, Fred Duckwall, Nathan Duckwall has been with the Company since 2008. Previously a small business owner and General Contractor, Nathan is able to be hands on to help the family business succeed.

Sara

Sara Duckwall Snyder – Senior Accountant/Corporate Secretary

Granddaughter of founder, John Duckwall and daughter of current President, Fred Duckwall, Sara Duckwall Snyder has recently joined the family business. Earning a BA from the University of Puget Sound with a major in Business Administration and minor in Economics and a M.Ed. from DePaul University in Elementary Education, Sara enjoys being able to contribute to the family business.

Ed

Ed Weathers – Vice President and Sales Manager

Great-Grandson of founder, John Duckwall, Ed Weathers brings a vast amount of Sales experience to the table. With a degree in Business Management from Oregon State University, Ed originally worked as a produce Broker selling many different commodities before coming home.

“Being part of the legacy at Duckwall is important to me, as well as making the business stronger for the generations to come.”
